The standard that has now become in the email marketing industry is to follow up the email with another short reminder email to help the recipient to make a decision to read the email, if he/she has not seen/replied to the email, this improves the email deliverability to recipient inbox, and brings attention to the email.

Sending the same old template of email or sending the same kind of emails to every client does not make sense, it is unlikely that it will be read by the receivers. It is likely that when we make a habit of sending emails at the same time on a daily basis, it will be quite easier for the receiver to delete them on a regular basis. Emails must be sent on a mixed timing basis. This will make it a little difficult for the receiver to track the email and delete it without reading it, he/she will be bound to read it.
