MetaFlows offers turnkey cloud instances (CentOS 7) bundled with Metaflows' MSS software to meet and exceed enterprise reporting and logging compliance requirements in a cost-effective and scalable way. The advantage of the MSS Amazon EC2 product in cloud security monitoring applications is that it can perform deep packet inspection in the Amazon EC2 cloud without requiring access to the networking layer. Each MSS Amazon EC2 virtual processor can monitor up to 100 Mbps of traffic without incurring additional bandwidth costs (if deployed in the same VPC).Reliably find and stop network threats from affecting your Amazon cloud-based assets. False positives are virtually eliminated by correlating multiple independent flows. False negatives are lowered by combining feeds from Emerging Threats, Cuckoo, VirusTotal, SRI, OSSEC, ModSecurity (passive mode), YARA, ClamAV and Web of Trust.
