VMs with 2 vCPUs may be used for control-plane nodes and we don't charge any extra fees for these. Worker nodes require instance sizes with at least 4 vCPUs and 8GB RAM and you may also use these for control-plane nodes. NEONKUBE charges an additional (US) $0.02/hour for each vCPU for virtual machine sizes with 4 or more vCPUs (for both worker and control-plane nodes)
