What does Narratrail do?As you probably already know AWS CloudTrail logs all changes made to your AWS account.Narratrail reads that log, makes it digestable for humans and posts them to your Slack channel; it narrates the CloudTrail.You will then be able to follow the activity in your AWS account in Slack and easily search for historical changes, very useful indeed.Installation and runtimeOnce you are subscribed there are two simple steps neeeded.Run the Cloudformation template linked to on the launch page(Optional) Create a dedicated Slack channel for NarratrailFollow the link in the CloudFormation stack "Output" parameter to connect with SlackNarratrail is deployed as a lambda in your account which is automatically triggered by CloudTrail when events happen. As such the running costs are negligable.How much does it cost?$9/month plus running costs of the lambda etc, which are very low but depends on your usage.
